To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via ourStoryHub (https://news.lenovo.com/) . **Description and Requirements** 岗位职责： 负责软件系统集成团队的管理和RSE项目软件项目管理工作，职责主要为： 1、 负责系统集成团队的日常管理，包括软件配置，软件集成，集成测试等； 2、 制定符合ASPICE流程的软件项目开发计划，确保符合客户需求。 3、 负责RSE项目的全流程软件管理工作，确保项目按时交付。 4、 负责客户需求和问题的沟通及管理，组织需求分析和技术评估。 5、 项目周期内的软件风险和进度管控，确保项目按计划实施，组织重大问题的分析和解决； 6、 跨部门资源协调，确保项目开发顺利推进； 7、 定期报告项目软件开发状态及相关数据，项目完成以后组织复盘会，优化开发流程，降低重复性问题发生率； 岗位要求： 1、 大学本科以上学历，计算机、电子工程、通信及相关专业毕业； 2、 具备至少10年以上手机，平板等软件项目管理经验，有汽车行业RSE项目管理经验者优先。 3、 良好的沟通能力和组织能力，善于团队合作; 4、 具备优秀的英文听说读写能力，能够用英语流利沟通； 5、 工作踏实、勤奋、有责任心 ； 6、 持有PMP或车载SPICE认证者优先。 **Additional Locations** : * China - Beijing - 北京（Beijing） * China * China - Beijing * China - Beijing - 北京（Beijing）
