マーサーの資産運用コンサルティング助言残高はグローバルで圧倒的な地位を確立しています。日本においても25年以上に渡る実績を持つ部門です。企業年金を中心としたアセット・オーナーであるクライアント（人事部や財務部）に対して、投資目標の設定や資産配分の策定、運用リスク管理、マネジャーストラクチャー構築、運用機関選定、モニタリング、ガバナンスなどの多岐にわたる領域においてアドバイスを行うコンサルタントのサポートを担っていただきます。コンサルティング・スキルに加えて、資産運用に関する幅広い知識、経験が得られるポジションであり、自身がコンサルタントとしてクライアントを担当するキャリアパスが用意されています。We will count on you to:
顧客の資産運用の支援のため、コンサルタントの指導・助言を受けながら、以下の業務を行います。
政策資産配分案の策定ポートフォリオ構築のための運用商品構成案の策定採用候補の運用商品リストの作成運用状況の定期モニタリングとこれを受けたポートフォリオの改善案の策定顧客の投資委員会等における機関決定の支援上記各業務のための顧客への説明・提案資料の作成新規顧客や新規ビジネス分野の開拓のための活動（マーケティング資料の作成・更新やセミナーの企画・運営等）What you need to have:
４年制大学卒以上信託、投資顧問、保険・年金、証券、銀行などにおける資産運用関連の業務経験やクライアントマネジメント経験顧客および社内関係者とのコミュニケーション能力エクセル関数等によるデータ処理What makes you stand out?
