通常情况下，您需要：
1、按照所有环境健康与安全准则安全工作
2、优质高效地进行新电梯安装管理、调试，解决现场技术问题
3、保证及时准确的完成当天的调试工单，并在完成电梯调试后提交调试报告
4、在现场与分包商、客户进行直接沟通，建立良好的合作关系
5、对于现场遇到的问题和改进建议反馈给直接主管或FOD进行确认

成功的候选人需要具备：
1、作为一名合格的调试工程师，您必须具备电梯设备方面的知识，熟练掌握电梯安装\维修\调试技能；
2、至少拥有2年电梯行业的现场/安装施工管理经验 
3、具备良好的电气和机械知识技能
4、能自如地阅读工作计划和进行计算分析
5、较好的沟通和抗压能力
