Job Description

 

Overall Responsibilities 职责:

Innovation: Put your talent into the new generation of commercial vehicle steering systems for electrified and highly automated driving in an interdisciplinary team.

Team management: Motivate and manage the team to ensure effective collaboration. Set team goals, conduct performance evaluation and develop career growth paths

团队管理： 激励和管理团队，确保团队的高效协作。制定团队目标、绩效评估和职业发展计划。

Development and Release: Supervise the design team to fulfill new products and components development and release according to BOSCH AS product development process.

产品开发与释放：指导设计团队， 根据BOSCH AS产品开发流程，进行新产品及零部件的开发和释放。

Technical Support： Support for product validation activities (DVP&R) and customer project acquisition

技术支持：支持产品验证试验释放(DVP&R)以及客户项目获取

Product Optimization: Strive to make technological breakthrough independently, guide the supplier and internal departments to optimize the product 

产品优化: 独立技术攻关，指导供应商和内部团队优化产品

Global Collaboration: Participate global platform product development, Share technical information and support with global team.

全球合作：参与全球平台产品开发， 与全球团队进行信息及技术分享

RPP improvement: Support continuous improvement and cost reduction efforts (RPP).

RPP 提升：支持持续改进和降成本活动(RPP)

Qualifications

 

Education学历

Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or automobile engineering

机械或汽车工程相关专业本科及以上学历

Skills 技能Technical background with a strong understanding of mechanical or automotive engineering.

在机械或汽车工程方面具有对技术背景非常输入的理解

Knowledge in steering, chassis or engine system in automotive industry or other relevant mechanical and hydraulic applications.

具有汽车行业转向、底盘或发动机系统的相关机械及液压知识

Knowledge of automotive industry standards and requirements.

了解汽车行业的标准和要求

Good understanding of manufacturing and assembling technologies.

深入理解加工和装配技术

Good understanding of design requirements for products made of steel, aluminium and plastic materials.

深入理解钢材，铝合金，及塑料产品的设计要求

Good understanding of product development V model

深入理解产品开发V模型

 

Experience工作经验More than 5 years experience in commercial vehicle steering system mechanical design and more than 2 years team management experience

5年以上的商用车转向机系统机械设计经验以及2年以上的团队管理经验

Lead mechnical parts development independently, inlcuding but not limited to  housing, piston, worm, sector shaft, gear etc.

独立主导机械零部件开发，包含不限于壳体，活塞，蜗杆，扇形轴，齿轮等。

Rich work experience with utilizing design method and tool like DRBFM, FEA, DFMEA

丰富的DRBFM，FEA, DFMEA等设计方法和工具相关使用经验

 

Other其它Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin both written and verbal

       优秀的英语及普通话书面及口语交流技能

Knowledge of German language desirable

具有德语能力者更佳

Strong interpersonal skills, flexible, resilient, team oriented and responsible. with an ability to work in a diverse team

有很强的人际交往能力，灵活有弹性，团队导向并承担责任。能在多样化团队中工作

 Ability to follow established procedures, practices and instructions

 Excellent computer skills in MS office incl. Word, Excel, PowerPoint;

 Self-motivated, team-spirited and able to work under pressure

 能够自我激励，具有团队精神，能在压力下工作

 Must be flexible and willing to travel domestically / internationally, with base in Jinan

能够灵活安排工作及出差（国内/国际），工作地在济南
