**A Day in the Life**
業務内容:
+ 厚生労働省を初めとする保険制度に関与するステークホルダーとの関係を構築する。
+ 社内関係部門(事業部門、GlobalのHEORチームなど)や医学専門家(必要時)と協業して、機能区分や技術料の新設、定義や算定留意事項の変更を要する保険適用希望を行い、厚生労働省の担当官と協議の上、必要な審議を進めて保険適用させると共に、メドトロニック製品の価格戦略に寄与する。
+ 技術料包括の製品に対する保険戦略の立案、事業部門との協業
+ 米国医療機器・IVD工業会(AMDD) などの外部/内部利害関係者と協力して、メドトトロニックに関連し、直接的、間接的に影響を与えるプロジェクトやプログラムに参画し、実行する。
必須要件:
+ 自ら課題設定し、自己、所属部門の成長のため積極的に取り組む志向
+ 部門横断的なチームで効果的に業務できる能力。多様なステークホルダーとコミュニケーションが取れる。
+ 製薬、医療機器業界での勤務経験
+ 学士以上、日本語(母国語レベル)・英語(ビジネスレベル)
+ MS製品

+ 学会との保険に関する協業の経験
+ 保険適用希望や学会の医技評提案書提出に関する知識・経験を有する者
+ 政府関係または医療政策、償還、コンサルティング、薬事または臨床研究/マーケティング/事業開発経験
+ 好奇心とメタ認知
+ 複数のタスクを同時に遂行できる能力
+ 柔軟性をもって継続する努力
その他:
+ 一人で国内外の出張に対応可能である
+ 残業有り(月約10時間。夜間のWeb会議等)
