岗位职责
1. 负责联想智能云管理业务的营销推广工作
2. 负责云管理业务战略规划及营销策略制定，包括但不限于目标市场，客户画像分析，产品定位，产品推广计划，定价、促销、市场推广计划、销售渠道打通、销售话术制定等；
3. 负责云管理服务市场趋势分析，深入了解客户需求和竞争态势，提供量化数据协助进行业务决策
4. 收集市场反馈，分析行业或应用场景需求，从客户、应用需求的角度出发对服务提出优化意见；
5. 负责与销售、售前、商务、法务、财务等团队持续沟通合作，提供产品营销方案和销售工具，跨团队合作共同促成赢单
6. 支持生态及活动交流，帮助提升公司品牌知名度和服务影响力
7. 持续探索并优化营销方案及计划，适应急速变化的市场需求
 
岗位要求
1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销、计算机科学、信息技术等相关专业优先。
2. 具有3年以上运维管理服务或相关领域的工作经验，有成功的大客户销售案例或项目运作经验。熟悉运维管理服务的业务流程和技术特点，对市场趋势有敏锐的洞察力。
3. 熟练掌握市场分析和营销策略制定方法，能够根据市场变化及时调整销售策略。
4. 具备优秀的团队管理能力和沟通协调能力，能够有效地组织和领导团队开展工作，协调公司内部各部门资源，共同完成项目任务。
5. 有较强的学习能力和适应能力，能够快速掌握新知识和新技能，适应市场变化和公司业务发展的需求。
6. 具备良好的职业道德和团队合作精神，诚实守信，责任心强，能够承受较大的工作压力。
7. 持有相关行业证书者优先考虑，如 ITIL 认证、PMP 认证、公有云认证等。能够适应一定程度的出差。
8. 有AI/智能算力/智算中心经验优先。
