职责:

负责小区内 (约100-200 台) 升降機及扶手梯日常维保工作，包括：

管理核下维保技术员

参加维保活动和维修

处理日常电梯故障

保持良好客户关系

根据通力政策和程序进行所有活动

职位要求：

必须为内地中国公民

持有有关范畴学士学位优先考虑

具备最少8年或以上维保及处理电梯故障经验

必须熟悉通力产品及维保技术

必须持有内地技术资格证明

能够以普通话沟通， 能操流利广东话更佳

工作时间 ：

星期一至星期六，08：30-18：30, 每7天中有1天休息日

及每月4晚（平日/星期日及公众假期）于指定维修站当值走修，(即当晚18：30 至翌日08：30及/或星期日及公众假期早上08：30至18：30)

待遇：

每月底薪+当值津贴

公司提供員工宿舍

有薪年假 12天或以上，公司假期 18 天，生日假，當更/超時津贴(如有)， 酌情性花红，公司活动及香港雇佣条例下的所有福利

享有住院及门诊之医疗福利， 并可享一位家属免费投保 (必须是申请人配偶或未婚子女)
