採用業務全般
-中途採用(面接設定、入社までのサポート、応募者管理、館内見学対応等)
-派遣スタッフ(契約管理、派遣会社とのやり取り等)
-インターンシップサポート
-就労ビザ申請
-採用プロジェクトの企画・実施など
-総務業務
Manager of the General Manager's Office overseeing GA & HR for Grand Hyatt Tokyo.
General Recruitment
Mid-career recruiting (setting up interviews, supporting employees until they join the company, managing applicants, handling tours of the hotel, etc.)
-Temporary staff (contract management, communication with temporary staffing agencies, etc.)
-Internship support
-Working visa applications
-Planning and implementation of recruitment projects, etc.
-General Affairs
**Qualifications:**
*人事総務知識、経験がありマネージャークラスを経験されてきた方。
(ホテルでの人事経験がある方は尚可)
*コミュニケーション能力と実行力のあるチームワーカー。
*ビジネス英語のスキル。
*柔軟に対応でき、リーダーシップを発揮できる方。
*Manager level experience with HR administration knowledge and experience.
(HR experience in a hotel is a plus).
*Team worker with good communication and execution skills.
*Business English skills.
*Flexibility and leadership skills.
