Job Description

Core Responsibilities
a) Requirement Analysis

Analyzed Statements of Requirements (SOR), communicated technical details with customer and defined software/hardware specifications and testing criteria. Transfer customer requirements into actionable development plans.Utilized requirement management tools (e.g., DOORS, ALM) for system requirement organization and traceability analysis.

b) Development Oversight:

Monitored software development timelines, conducted requirement clarification sessions with software teams, and performed risk assessments to mitigate technical challenges.Supported testing phases, including test case execution and defect resolution.

c) System Engineering Documentation:

Managed system engineering documentation and optimized workflow processes.

d) Customer Support:

Assisted customer in low-voltage power grid system integration and LIN communication protocol development.Conducted vehicle installation compatibility checks and functional validation to ensure alignment with customer specifications.Addressed customer complaints and provided technical support for production line issues.

e) Ad-hoc Tasks:

Executed additional tasks delegated by leadership to ensure project success

Qualifications

Must-More than 1 year working experience

Must-Familiar with Doors

Must-English workable

Prefer- Battery management knowhow
