职位描述

Customer project management .

Good customer communication skill and well understanding for the key pointGuarantee customer satisfaction based on on-time on quality deliveryOn-time and on-quality customer task delivery for every key packages and milestoneDetailed topic including customer SOR analysis and negotiation , DV test plan negotiation review,  topic tracking and necessary test handling, etcSpecial customer requirement handling including ELV/Reach certification, special test requirement , etcVehicle thermal test handling

Product safe SOP

Guarantee the safe SOP of the product based on Bosch process and customer design based on PF variantWell coordinate in plant topic including manufacturing/ material preparation/ test spec release etc.PF communication and cooperation for variant handling

Adder for Senior:

Work as sub-component new design PCM, coordinate different functions, different roles to ensure component SOPManage time, cost, risk and quality and stakeholders in new product platform design, ensure successful and smooth progress of new product SOPCoordinate external parties (e.g., suppliers) schedule to ensure partner delivery, eliminate/mitigate delivery issues by risk management in advance.Work with global project manager to sync status / request for support/resource, to ensure overall project delivery (with fluent English)Strong soft skills to push interna / external / global stakeholders, and to solve personal conflictions.

职位要求Bachelors degree in Engineer area, better in electrical/ electronics/mechanical/optical areaMore than 3 years of project management work experience, preferably related to automotive productFamiliar with automotive product general test requirement like EMC, electrical test, reliability testExperience in customer communication/negotiationStrong leader ship and good problem solving experience , welling to cooperate as a teamWilling to learn new knowledge and accept new challengesGood speaking and writing English
