Job Responsibilities:

教育程度： 大学本科或以上学历，大学英语四级或以上。

工作经验： 3年以上工作经验， 至少2年以上新能源驱动系统产品（包括但不限于双电机混合动力和电驱动系统）应用项目相关工作经验，至少1款电驱动系统量产经验。

能力要求： 良好的沟通协调能力、规划与组织能力、领导能力，清晰的逻辑思维能力和大局观。

其他特殊要求：

电驱动系统（Xin1）开发及工程化应用经验优先

电驱动系统（Xin1）变速器系统负责人角色

全程参与电驱动系统（Xin1）设计，验证，投产以及问题解决

工作职责

新能源驱动系统技术负责人

1、负责客户需求管理

2、负责产品集成方案搭建及系统寻优

3、负责产品整车应用环节所有技术沟通，实验验证，问题解决环节

4、负责开发过程中质量问题解决及控制

5、开发经验固化

6、支持新能源驱动系统竞品分析及产品竞争力模型搭建

7、支持新能源驱动系统人才培养和人才梯队搭建
