岗位职责：

1、电池技术研发：

负责手机锂电池的设计，开发，材料选型及电化学性能优化。
研究新型电池技术（如高能量密度电池、快充技术等），推动技术落地。

配合团队开发电池管理系统（BMS），确保电池与手机硬件/软件的兼容性。参与电池保护电路设计及故障诊断算法优化

2、性能测试与验证：

主导电池充放电性能、循环寿命、安全性（过充/过放/高温/短路等）测试。

分析测试数据，优化电池设计方案，解决热管理、容量衰减等问题

3、跨部门协作：

与结构工程师、硬件工程师合作，优化电池空间布局及散热方案。

支持生产部门解决3T试产过程中的工艺相关问题

跟进电池售后问题分析和改善方案

4、行业趋势跟踪：关注国内外电池技术动态，分析竞品技术方案，提出创新性技术路线。

岗位要求：

本科及以上学历，电化学、材料科学与工程、电子工程、新能源等相关专业。硕士/博士优先，具备电化学仿真或电池材料研究经验者优先。熟悉锂离子电池工作原理、材料体系（正极/负极/电解液/隔膜）及生产工艺。

4、 精通电池性能测试标准（如GB/T, IEC, UL等）及安全认证流程。

5、 熟练使用仿真工具（如COMSOL、ANSYS）或电池测试设备（如Arbin、新威）。

6、 具备BMS开发经验或电路设计基础（如Protel、Altium Designer）者优先。

熟悉电池热管理、老化机制及寿命预测模型。年以上消费电子（手机/穿戴设备）电池开发经验，有量产项目案例者优先。具备跨领域合作经验，熟悉手机硬件开发流程者加分。

其他要求

1、  逻辑清晰，具备独立分析及解决问题的能力。

2、  良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神，适应快节奏开发环境。

3、  英语能力：能阅读英文技术文献，撰写英文报告（CET-6或同等水平）。
