开发并维护标准化扶梯改造产品包,推动方案标准化和模块化。
协调供应商及内部资源,提升改造产品的适用性和覆盖范围。
为扶梯改造项目提供技术支持,协同工厂制定非标解决方案。
负责项目相关非标扶梯部件的设计与技术落实。
协调相关部门,持续完善保留部件改造项目的安装工艺文件。
编制并发布扶梯改造项目相关销售与技术支持资料。
为区域提供专业技术指导和培训支持。
完成上级安排的其他相关工作。
成功的候选人需要具备: 机械/电气工程、机电一体化或相关专业,本科及以上学历。
具备 5 年以上相关机计工作经验,3 年以上行业相关经验。
熟练使用AutoCAD 等设计软件,熟练操作 Office 等常用办公软件。
能够阅读英文技术图纸和技术资料,具备基本的英文技术文件及商务信函书写能力;英语口语能力良好者优先。
具备电扶梯研发项目管理经验或熟悉电扶梯研发流程者优先考虑。
在关键部件设计与开发领域具有丰富经验者优先。
具备主持或参与轨道交通项目管理经验者优先。
具备良好的团队合作精神,积极乐观,责任心强,实践与执行能力突出。
具有良好的人际沟通能力和跨部门协作能力。
