贯彻与执行公司安全、商业道德和质量的核心价值观销售奥的斯电梯及自动扶梯。

岗位职责：

完成年度现代化更新销售计划。 掌握所负责销售区域内市场信息。 发现客户并发展及保持与业主、建筑设计师、总承包、招标公司、顾问以及其他工程承包商的良好合作关系。 熟悉公司产品优势，介绍、宣传奥的斯公司以及产品的特性。 负责制作报价书、投标文件以及提交投标评审。 准备销售合同并能独立进行商务谈判。 能够看懂与电梯有关的土建图纸，了解电梯安装及制造所需要的尺寸。 做好与本公司服务部、销售工程、合同管理、财务部、安装部等有关部门的协调配合工作。 配合收款、订货、发货及安装等环节。 在上级主管领导下完成质量安全工作。 贯彻、执行、保持、改进与其工作相关的ISO9000/14000政策、程序； 完成上级领导交办的其它工作。 严格遵守和执行奥的斯公司的环境健康安全政策和法规、公司的安全规程，以及当地的安全政策和法规，积极支持和参与公司的EH&S活动。

市场投标率及订单的中标率 年度现代化更新销售计划的完成 销售区域内市场信息 年度的新梯发运计划 新梯及现代化更新的收款

主要工作关系（相关业务部门）：财务部、安装部、合同控制管理部、服务部。

资质要求：

学历：大专以上学历 工作经验：有一定的相关工作经验。 语言能力：国语读、说、写流利，有一定的英语基础 计算机水平：熟练使用各办公软件 其它主要资质：
