通常情况下，您需要

严格遵守OTIS全球安全规定，执行公司EH&S政策，在个人职责范围内对每项事故、险兆有效防范，以防事故发生；

对分公司改造项目进行支持，具体包括：

原电梯的技术状态评估；

根据原梯状态及现场条件推荐改造技术方案；

根据工厂技术要求，对原梯进行测绘及信息收集；

必要时配合销售人员与客户进行技术沟通；

与区域或总部改造技术部门对接，确保项目状态及相关信息准确传递及有效沟通；

配合区域或总部改造技术部门，对项目技术方案进行优化；

负责分公司及合作伙伴的改造产品及现场技术培训；

对竞品信息及客户需求进行收集整理；

积极推进提升客户满意度的改进工作；

支持分公司改造业务相关的其他事务性工作。

成功的候选人需要具备：

Education & Certification教育背景和专业资格
1. 专科及以上学历，机电类专业优先；
2. 5年以上相关机械设计经验，3年以上行业经验；
3. 熟悉电梯行业相关标准；
4. 具有电梯特种设备操作资质；
5. 能修改绘制土建图，熟练操作Office等办公软件；
6. 具有电扶梯项目非标评审工作经验者优先；
7. 具有电扶梯工地管理工作经验者优先；
8. 具备良好的团队合作精神，积极乐观和高度的责任心，实践能力强。
