Job DescriptionResponsible for overall design, validation of electric vehicle thermal management system development. Derive vehicle requirement to thermal system and component level (e.g. HVAC, RV, eCompressor etc. )Act as customer technical interface, responsible for technical proposal, support quotation of new potential projects and afterwards project executionResponsible for new project delivery on time, cost and quality which includingmaking overall development plandrafting thermal system control requirements document according to customer demandtracking components development status and performance requirementpreparing a vehicle CWTthermal system bench testsolving problems during whole development processGuide the construction of vehicle bench and complete thermal system verificationManage external suppliers on thermal system set-up, validation, and testing report release for service projectSupport lead engineer and platform advanced technology research (e.g. other refrigerant CO2/Propane/Mixed refrigerants etc.)Support lead engineer to release final technical results to customerCoordinate and technical release refrigerant components (e.g. receiver, accumulator, sensors etc.) in external supplierDocument and report all testing results to internal & external stakeholders

QualificationsThermal energy and power engineering/refrigeration engineering/ related engineering background2+ years of technical engineering experienceBachler or master degree in thermal engineeringWorking language environment: EnglishDemonstration of strong communication skillsDemonstration of strong problem solving skills (organizational and technical)Strong coordination competence and project
