职位描述
1) 分析特渠市场环境并结合特渠的生意发展和需求,制定特渠品类策略,规划各产品系列
的价格体系及分销渠道,实现布局;
2) 规划特渠的全年目标及费用预算,将资源及策略合理匹配,以辅助达成销售,同时
反馈渠道需求,对产品线计划进行沟通调整;
3) 分析特渠生意状况及计划,找到生意机会点并作针对性的投资;
4) 制定各渠道通路行销策略,并结合市场发展不断进行
优化;
5) 规范各渠道的销售费用管理体系,回顾费用使用情况,提升投资效率,确保利润的达成;
6) 协同供应链,就品类的长期发展做产能规划,根据生意计划进征调整,提高周转效率;
7) 协同财务部,分析经营利润情况,提升品类盈利能力
任职要求
• 学历经验:本科及以上,5年+渠道营销经验,有特渠经验优先。
• 核心能力:市场洞察与商务谈判能力,团队管理与跨部门协调能力,数据驱动决策能力。
• 技能要求:熟练使用Office、CRM系统,具备项目管理与抗压能力,可适应出差。
