岗位职责
1. 安装与拆除施工
依据技术图纸与作业指导书,完成导轨、轿厢、对重、厅门、控制系统等部件的机械与电气安装/拆除作业,确保按计划交付。
2. 现场开工准备
参与现场勘察与开工前准备,按要求完成开工检查,确保现场条件、物料与作业环境满足安全与施工要求。
3. 工具与设备管理
安全、规范使用手动/电动工具与安装设备(如电焊机、卷扬机等),按要求进行点检、维护与保管,及时反馈异常。
4. 过程质量与问题闭环
在安装过程中开展过程自检并记录关键质量点,配合调试与终检;对首保及现场反馈问题及时整改,推动问题闭环,确保符合技术与质量标准。
5. 安全与合规
严格遵守公司安全管理要求与现场规范(包括 OSS、安全铁律等),作业前完成风险识别与作业分析(JHA),正确佩戴个人防护装备(PPE),配合开展现场安全检查(如 FPA),主动识别与上报隐患。
6. 团队协作与沟通
与安装团队、现场主管及相关方保持高效协作与信息同步,及时反馈进度、风险与资源需求,支持项目按期推进。
7. 客户协作与品牌形象
遵守文明施工与客户现场管理要求,以专业、规范的工作方式与沟通标准维护客户体验与公司品牌声誉。
8. 跨文化与当地合规
尊重并遵守项目所在地的法律法规、行业规范与现场管理要求,在跨文化环境下保持良好的职业素养与协作方式。
任职资格
• 具备三年以上电梯维保、安装或相关机电领域的一线经验;有海外项目或安装经验者更佳。
• 持有岗位所需的特种设备相关资格/操作资质(如适用),并愿意按项目要求完成必要的培训与认证。
• 能够阅读并理解机械图纸、电梯布置图及基础电气原理图,具备基础电气接线与机械装配能力。
• 能安全规范地使用常用安装工具与设备,遵守现场作业规范与质量要求。
• 可接受海外派遣及项目制工作安排,适应现场施工节奏与跨文化协作环境。
• 重视安全与合规,责任心强,具备良好的团队合作与沟通能力,能够按计划推动任务落地。
• 能够满足岗位的体能与现场作业要求,并可通过必要的职业健康检查/安全评估(如适用)。
• 持有 T 证;
• 能接受海外派遣及项目制工作安排。
加分项
• 具备电梯安装/更新改造(MOD)项目经验,或参与过复杂工地/紧急交付场景。
• 熟悉过程质量控制方法与现场安全管理工具(如 IPC、JHA 等),能够推动标准化落地。
• 具备跨区域/跨文化项目协作经历,或具备基础英语/日语沟通能力(可支持现场协作即可)。
• 具备带教意识,愿意在现场分享经验、支持团队能力提升。
