人力资源或相关专业本科及以上学历。
5 年以上 HR 经验,其中 3 年酒店行业经验优先。
熟悉劳动法规及酒店 HR 管理流程。
具备优秀的沟通、协调及问题解决能力。
熟练使用 HR 管理软件及办公软件。
