1. 负责测试餐饮服务的各个环节,包括菜品质量、服务态度、环境整洁度等,确保顾客满意度;
2. 制定并执行餐饮服务测试计划,模拟真实顾客场景,对餐饮服务进行全面评估;
3. 记录并分析测试过程中发现的问题,提出改进建议,并跟踪改进措施的落实情况;
4. 参与制定和完善餐饮服务标准与流程,提升餐饮服务质量;
5. 与餐饮团队紧密合作,共同解决服务过程中出现的问题,优化顾客体验。
1. 具备餐饮行业或相关服务测试经验者优先;
2. 熟悉餐饮服务流程和质量标准,对细节敏感,有较强的观察和分析能力;
3. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神,能够与餐饮团队有效沟通;
4. 具备较强的责任心和执行力,能够按时完成测试任务并提交详细的测试报告;
5. 本科及以上学历,食品科学、酒店管理、旅游管理等相关专业优先。
