HD eAxle test and production facility buildup, maintenance. HD eAxle function and validation test.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

Engineering and production test bench, machine and equipment developmentEngineering and production test bench, machine and equipment maintenance, repairingHD eAxle product test method definition, includes, mechanical and electrical solution.Test bench release, including measurement system capability study, e.g. Cg. GRR, etc.Test bench control system buildup

Qualifications

Qualifications Requirement

Master of electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation or similar education backgroundCET4 or above, fluent in oral and written EnglishGood communication skills and team spirit

Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience

Experience of non-standard equipment developmentKnowledge of electrical and electronic engineeringExperience of PLC / labview programmingExperience of Halcon vision systemFamiliar with mainstream communication protocols: CAN/ PROFINET/ TWINCAT/Modbus TCPFamiliar with mainstream frequency converter and servo system (FESTO/ABB/ Inovance, etc.).Familiar with EPSON robot programming and commissioning.Experience with EPLAN electrical drawing and design is a plus.
