2. 制定并执行菜单计划,监督菜品的制作过程,保证菜品的质量和口味符合酒店或餐厅的标准。
3. 管理厨房库存,定期盘点食材,确保食材的新鲜度和合理使用,减少浪费。
4. 监督厨房卫生和安全工作,确保厨房环境整洁,符合食品安全标准。
5. 培训和指导厨房员工,提升他们的烹饪技能和职业素养。
6. 协调与其他部门的工作,确保厨房与餐厅、采购等部门的良好沟通和协作。
1. 拥有中技(中专/技校/职高)及以上学历,烹饪或酒店管理等相关专业优先。
2. 具备3年及以上的厨房工作经验,其中至少1年的厨房管理经验。
3. 熟悉厨房运作流程,具备扎实的烹饪技能和菜品创新能力。
4. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神,能够有效管理厨房团队。
5. 注重细节,对食品安全和卫生有高度的责任感。
6. 能够承受工作压力,具备解决问题的能力和应变能力。
