岗位职责：

报价流程管理 建立标准化报价流程，统筹研发、采购、制造、财务、法务、质量等部门的输入信息 制定报价时间表并推动各部门按时交付关键数据 识别报价风险点（如BOM成本、专利许可、产能约束等）并制定应对方案 成本优化与分析 分析汽车电子元器件（如SoC、传感器、连接器等）市场行情与价格趋势 对比竞品成本结构，提出差异化报价策略 跨部门协作 协调采购部门进行供应商比价与议价（含二级供应商管理） 协同财务部门建立成本模型，确保利润率达标 支持销售部门制作技术-商业综合报价方案 数据资产管理 建立历史报价数据库与成本基准（Should-cost模型） 持续优化报价工具与模板，提升响应速度

岗位要求：

必备条件 10年以上汽车电子一级/二级供应商工作经验（Tier1/Tier2） 3年以上报价管理/项目成本管理/采购工程（Sourcing Engineering）相关经验 熟悉汽车电子产品开发流程（ASPICE）与量产要求（IATF16949） 精通以下至少一个领域：
▸ 自动驾驶硬件（域控制器/雷达/摄像头等）BOM成本结构
▸ 汽车电子元器件（MCU/功率器件/存储芯片等）供应链生态
▸ 汽车零部件制造工艺（SMT/压铸/注塑等）成本核算 出色的跨部门沟通能力与数据驱动决策思维 优先条件 有Component Engineering或战略采购背景 熟悉AutoCAD/Teamcenter等工程工具及SAP/ERP系统 具备VAVE（价值分析/价值工程）实战经验 Additional Locations:  * China - Shanghai - 上海（Shanghai） * China * China - Shanghai * China - Shanghai - 上海（Shanghai）
