ホテル内直営江戸前寿司店「六緑」における調理業務全般をお任せいたします。
またチームリーダーして調理作業がスムーズに運ぶように仕事を分担し、副料理長のサポートもご対応いただきます。
General cooking duties at Roku Roku, the hotel's directly operated Edomae Sushi restaurant.
Also as a team leader, you will share the workload to ensure that the cooking process runs smoothly and provide support to the sous chef.
**Qualifications:**
寿司調理経験3年以上
調理部門のリーダー経験
3 years of sushi cooking experience
Team leadership experience
