该职位的主要负责分析市场及销售策划。根据分公司年度计划,组织本部门员工完成O/T/MOD等各项销售业务指标,严格执行总部服务销售管理程序。其宗旨为提高市场占有率,增加服务收入及利润。

岗位职责:

根据总部和分公司下达的服务销售指标,制定、审核本部门具体服务销售计划并落实完成。

确保部门所有人员执行公司制定并经批准的服务销售程序。

审核所有的销售合同符合公司制定的成本预算标准。

定期跟踪重点客户,通过沟通和访问,充分了解客户对服务的需求及合同执行情况,并及时反馈客户意见以提高售后服务质量。

处理服务销售方面的报表及函件,包括公司内部销售合同审批等,对服务销售中发生的情况及时了解并制定相应措施跟进。

负责合同执行过程中客户满意度调查,及时与客户沟通,组织协调相关部门共同解决客户的问题。

定期审核服务销售平台系统中的相关数据,确保数据的及时更新和准确。

管理销售应收账款,确保及时向客户收取服务款项。

定期召开销售管理例会,落实服务销售计划的完成。

根据销售业务发展情况规划人力需求,制定人员培训、发展规划。

确保部门所有人员遵循公司的商业道德规范进行业务操作。

学习、理解并遵守公司的环境、健康与安全的规则和程序以及当地的安全政策和法规。上报所有的事故(伤害、疾病,险兆以及环境事故等)、危险状况以及紧急事件。

在工作之前进行工作危险分析,并采取相应的预防措施来保护自身的安全。参加环境、健康与安全的培训活动,并对自己的安全负责。

遵守卓越服务的政策和程序,履行卓越服务的客户承诺,制定卓越服务计划并实施,提供卓越服务培训,实现卓越服务目标。

成功的候选人需要具备:

学历:大专或以上学历

工作经验:至少三年以上的相关工作经历

语言能力:良好的英语表达能力

计算机水平:能熟练操作OFFICE软件

服务销售计划完成率 包括:合同金额;净增台数;转签率;丢失率;T/MOD订单;合同延误率;DSO;坏账。
