岗位职责：
主导项目从需求分析到交付的全流程管理，制定项目计划、预算及里程碑节点
协调跨部门资源（研发、设计、测试、运营等），确保项目按质按期完成
监控项目风险，及时制定应对方案，定期向高层汇报进展
作为客户与内部团队的桥梁，精准传递需求并管理客户预期
推动敏捷开发流程，组织每日站会、评审会及复盘会议
建立项目验收标准，确保交付成果符合质量要求
优化资源分配，控制项目成本在预算范围内

岗位要求：
本科及以上学历，计算机、管理或相关专业优先
3年以上互联网/IT行业项目管理经验，有PMP/ACP认证者加分
熟练使用Jira、禅道等项目管理工具，精通甘特图、燃尽图等分析方法
出色的跨部门沟通能力，能高效解决团队冲突
结果导向，具备在高压下管理多项目并行的经验
英语可作为工作语言（如需对接海外客户）

加分项目：
有SaaS/云计算/人工智能领域项目经验
熟悉Scrum或Kanban等敏捷框架
