**Description and Requirements**
**岗位职责:**
**服务交付管理**
+ 确保服务(如IT系统、技术支持、业务流程外包等)按合同约定(SLA,服务级别协议)交付。
+ 监控服务性能指标(如响应时间、故障解决率、客户满意度),及时处理偏差。
**客户关系维护**
+ 作为客户的主要对接人,管理客户期望,定期汇报服务状态并收集反馈。
+ 解决客户投诉,预防潜在服务风险,提升客户信任。
**团队协调与资源管理**
+ 协调技术团队、运维团队、供应商等资源,确保服务流程高效运转。
+ 优化资源配置,平衡成本与服务质量。
**持续改进**
+ 分析服务数据,识别改进点,推动流程自动化或标准化。
+ 制定灾难恢复计划(BCP)和应急预案,确保业务连续性。
**岗位要求:**
+ **硬技能**
+ 熟悉ITIL(IT服务管理框架)、敏捷方法、DevOps等管理方法论。
+ 精通服务级别协议(SLA)、运营指标(KPI)的设计与监控。
+ 具备项目管理(如PMP认证)或质量管理(如Six Sigma)经验。
+ **软技能**
+ **沟通能力** :能清晰传达技术问题给非技术客户,协调跨部门合作。
+ **问题解决** :快速定位服务瓶颈,制定优先级和解决方案。
+ **客户导向** :以客户成功为目标,平衡业务需求与技术可行性。
+ **典型背景**
+ 教育:计算机科学、信息管理、工商管理等相关专业本科。
+ 经验:3-5年IT服务管理、技术支持或项目管理经验。
