Description and Requirements 岗位职责: 1. 领航智能体产品战略规划,负责消费方案服务智能体产品(想帮帮AI智能体)及以智能体驱动的产品offering矩阵的规划、定义、验证、设计开发到落地和运营; 2. 探索AI智能体与智能硬件及消费方案服务业务相结合的场景打造,构建智能体衍生产品矩阵的商业化经营路径,打造 "智能体即服务" 的创新商业模式; 3. 与技术团队紧密合作,明确产品需求PRD,推动AI技术在智能化产品中的应用与创新,评估和优化AI Agent性能,持续提升产品的智能化水平; 4. 基于公司战略,洞悉市场动态趋势,结合互联网领先的用户经营策略,制定具有前瞻性的产品运营与用户经营策略,重塑消费方案服务用户经营体系,推动消费方案服务产品的销售和用户增长; 5. 构建和完善户用数据管理体系,通过专业和创新方法为精细化运营提供有效支撑,优化用户经营指标体系,通过经营体系重塑持续拉升用户拉新、留存、活跃与转化,定期监控和评估运营效果,及时调整、优化,保持竞争优势; 6. 与前后端各部门紧密合作,推动以用户为中心的产品开发与技术路径演进,确保平台高效、稳定,持续升级用户体验。
岗位要求: 1. 本科及以上学历,10年以上To C产品与用户经营相关专业经历,具备一定AI / 智能体应用及技术Know-how; 2. 深谙互联网运营策略与用户裂变经营创新方法,对AI驱动的产品及其经营有深入理解; 3. 优秀的产品领导力、策略眼光、数据与分析专家,并具备极强的团队意识和资源整合能力; 4. 善于创新,敏捷应变,具备突出的系统性思考,优秀的表达与呈现能力。
