岗位职责：
1）与AI算法、IaaS、PaaS及业务团队密切合作，结合公司现有智算产品产出完整技术架构和业务最佳实践的一站式平台解决方案；
2）对内外部客户提供AI基础设施服务，提高大规模部署下模型基础设施的效率度量、扩展性和可管理性；
3）跟踪业界AI新兴技术和行业趋势，参与新技术的研究与应用，沉淀平台能力，助力客户AI落地。
岗位要求：
1）熟悉云计算和网络架构整体技术体系（包含服务器、容器、存储、网络、数据库等），掌握其中1~2个技术领域；
2）了解深度学习框架(Pytorch, Tensorflow、DeepSpeed等)，熟悉AI训练和推理场景、常见AI模型；
3）对GPU，分布式计算，RDMA，MPI，GPU Direct 
4）熟悉一些AI Agent平台和工具，有相关开发经验和架构设计经验。
5）了解分布式计算与加速，有大规模集群建设、运维、训练调优相关经验者，了解GPU硬件、虚拟化技术、AI编译器、算子调优、上层推理训练框架有其中之一相关经验者优先；
