岗位职责：
1.  深入了解电梯行业特点以及电梯维保技师岗位的专业要求，精准把握公司对电梯维保技师的人才需求，确保招聘工作与公司业务发展紧密契合。
2.  全面负责电梯维保师的人才招聘工作，包括但不限于制定招聘计划、执行招聘流程，运用专业方法进行人才甄选、科学评估候选人，定期梳理并持续改进招聘流程，提升招聘效率和质量。
3.  精准甄别、筛选并建立长期稳定的招聘渠道，如电梯行业人才库打造、相关职业院校合作等，及时发布具有吸引力的招聘广告，高效管理招聘信息，同时注重在招聘过程中全方位展示公司的良好形象。
4.  深度开发和合理应用各类测评甄选工具，如专业技能测试、实操模拟等，提高人才选拔的精准度。
5.  广泛搜集、深入分析电梯行业的市场信息，结合公司招聘项目, 进行全面细致的人才 mapping 工作。
6.  打造区域的内推文化，鼓励公司内部员工推荐优秀的候选人。
7.  积极推动和所辖区域的职业院校的校企合作，开发和维护和优质院校的战略合作关系。

任职资格：
1.  人力资源、工商管理或机械工程、电气工程等相关专业本科及以上学历，5 年以上人力资源工作经验，其中 3 年以上招聘工作经验，有电梯行业或相关技术岗位招聘经验者优先。（有团队管理经验者优先）
2.  拥有丰富的招聘实操经验，尤其是在技术类岗位招聘方面，具备出色的面谈技巧，熟悉国家关于招聘、劳动等方面的法律法规。
3.  具备一定的项目推动和管理经验，能够独立负责招聘项目，有效协调各方资源，确保项目顺利推进。
4.  性格沉稳有耐心，工作积极主动，内驱力强，具有良好的团队协作意识，能够与用人部门、候选人等进行高效沟通。
5.  独立工作能力突出，责任心强，善于表达，对待招聘工作始终保持积极热情的态度。
