The Position

工作职责：

绘制清晰的生态圈内患者就医流转图，在医院内或医院间建立患者全程管理流程和体系协助推进生态圈内医院及相关科室打造会诊通道，促成患者上下层医院间流转，建立绿色转诊通道建立和管理生态圈内患者全程管理项目，推进各项目落地实施。和疾病领域经理协同合作，关注并推动疾病领域全程管理和治疗方案优化整合罗氏相关支付方案，提升团队/客户/患者对支付方案的全景视角。支持第三方疾病认知教育项目，针对相关疾病领域区域现状及整体策略，开展患者教育，加深患者疾病认知，提升患者获益主动地与团队成员进行合作和分享，以整合信息，提升团队客户/患者洞见。

能力要求

跨疾病领域知识学习能力业务敏锐度较高的沟通能力和高效的执行能力合作伙伴及大客户管理能力正确的思维和行为(使命驱动，合作共赢，成长性思维)5年以上医药行业工作经验既往有销售/市场/医学经验跨职能工作经验为佳医学或药学相关本科及以上学历
