工作职责 1. 负责执行产品测试计划，确保产品功能、性能及用户体验符合预期标准； 2. 编写测试用例，详细记录测试过程及结果，及时反馈测试中发现的问题并协助开发团队进行问题定位与修复； 3. 参与制定测试策略，优化测试流程，提高测试效率和质量； 4. 跟踪并验证缺陷修复情况，确保问题得到有效解决； 5. 协同团队成员，共同维护测试环境，确保测试环境的稳定性和可用性。 任职资格 1. 大专及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先； 2. 具备1年以上软件测试工作经验，熟悉软件测试流程和方法； 3. 熟练掌握至少一种测试管理工具（如TestRail、JIRA等）和缺陷跟踪系统； 4. 了解基本的编程知识，能够阅读和理解代码，有助于进行更深入的功能测试； 5. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够积极面对挑战，有较强的责任心和解决问题的能力。 Don't quite meet every single requirement, but still believe you'd be a great fit for the job?
