岗位职责：

1. 领导团队进行智能座舱的系统需求进行分析，如软件，功能，硬件，测试，法规等。

2. 配合BD团队进行业务获取，如产品介绍，方案，竞品分析，市场推广，成本核算等工作。

3. 项目过程中，对整体需求，交付节点，交付物，开发流程，质量进行把控。

岗位要求：

1. 计算机科学、电子信息工程、自动化，电气，车辆工程等相关专业本科及以上学历。

2. 熟悉智能座舱相关领域的技术，对行业技术发展及供应链资源熟悉。

3. 对智能座舱软硬件开发流程有深度把控，能有效掌握每个开发节点。

4. 对德系客户有座舱量产经验。

5. 对核心供应商和芯片平台有深度理解。

6. 对座舱MCU软件有深度理解，对网络管理和车联系统有深入了解。

7. 了解android 系统。

8. 英文可作为工作语言

9. 8年以上汽车智能座舱相关工作经验，其中 3年管理经验。

10. 具备丰富的项目管理经验、团队管理能力和沟通协调能力，能够有效地组织和协调资源，确保项目按时完成

11. 新势力经验，加分项。
