Responsibilities:
• Develop I&I ecosystem with strong ownership by building strategic platforms and collaboration mechanisms among government, academic associations, authoritative institutions and hospitals, enhancing disease awareness to drive business growth.
• Coordinate internal/external stakeholders for strategic innovative programs, improving product accessibility to consumers while engaging with key decision-makers on policy.
• Design product priorities and key initiatives, partnering with Market Access, Marketing and Medical to ensure team deliverables
• Lead development and piloting of innovation projects, summarize successful practices for nationwide implementation and continuous value refinement.
• Establish national-level platforms aligned with BU strategy to advance academic acknowledgment, while identifying cross-business synergies to maximize collective investment value.
• Drive cross-department and cross-platform activity execution, collaborating with internal/external resources to continuously improve platform efficiency and translate patient/market insights into business plans for business expansion.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree is required, Master degree or MBA is preferred;
• Clinical Medicine/Pharmacy/Biology/Chemistry/Pharmaceutical manicuring related majors is preferred;
• 8+ years of marketing, strategy, business planning experience, 6+ years working experience in Pharmaceutical industry;
• Knowledge of Marketing Mix principles, business acumen and marketing execution is must-have;
• Proven track record of identifying customer needs, extracting key insights, and translating these into meaningful value propositions, and tactics.
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills, including capabilities for uncovering deep customer insights, and acting upon customer needs.
• Demonstrated success in independently developing, executing, and measuring complex marketing programs.
• Demonstrated strong commitment to integrity & compliance.
• Preferred demonstrated initiative, strong strategic and leadership skills;
• Track record of working collaboratively across functions;
• Project management experience is required;
• Fluent in written and spoken English is required;
• Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word are must-have.
