1. 负责酒店或场所内宾客服务接待团队的日常管理和协调工作,确保高标准的服务质量; 2. 制定并实施宾客接待流程和规范,培训接待人员以提升其服务技能和专业知识; 3. 监督接待区域的环境卫生和设施设备的维护,确保宾客有一个舒适、整洁的接待环境; 4. 接待重要宾客,提供个性化的服务方案,确保宾客满意度; 5. 处理宾客投诉和意见反馈,及时解决问题,维护酒店或场所的良好形象; 6. 定期收集并分析宾客反馈,提出改进建议,不断优化服务流程和质量。 1. 具有酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业本科及以上学历; 2. 至少3年以上酒店或相关行业宾客服务接待管理经验; 3. 熟悉酒店服务流程和标准,具备良好的服务意识和团队协作能力; 4. 优秀的沟通能力和应变能力,能够妥善处理各种突发情况; 5. 具备良好的领导力和培训能力,能够带领团队不断提升服务水平; 6. 熟练使用酒店管理系统和相关办公软件。 Don't quite meet every single requirement, but still believe you'd be a great fit for the job?
