JOB SUMMARY
The Customer Engagement and Experience Product Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive patient support and engagement programs for weight management products. You will address key patient pain points throughout the long-term weight management journey—such as adherence, side-effect management, and psychological support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Full-Journey Product Planning: Lead end-to-end iteration of the patient-facing platform based on patient insights and business priorities. Design and optimize core features including dose titration reminders, injection guides, self-assessment tools, and key journey touchpoints to support long-term engagement.Experience Integration: Deeply embedded lifestyle intervention modules (nutrition, exercise, and behavior) to boost patient stickiness. Partner with internal and external partners to ensure content quality, user experience consistency, and full alignment with the overall patient experience strategy.Compliance & Risk Control: Strictly adhere to pharmaceutical compliance requirements and ensure all patient interactions are auditable and policy compliant. Embed reporting and escalation mechanisms for Adverse Events (AE) and product complaints within the design, and collaborate with compliance/legal to proactively identify and mitigate patient safety and reputational risks.EDUCATION AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in Digital Health, or pharmaceutical patient-facing projects.Deep understanding of the patient journey for GLP-1 or chronic disease/weight management drugs, with proven success in designing products.Strong business acumen, capable of aligning product features with brand goals.Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, able to work closely to drive complex digital projects.职位概要

全疗程产品规划:负责患者端的产品迭代与路线图管理,结合患者洞察与业务优先级进行需求拆解与版本规划,设计并持续优化涵盖剂量滴定提醒、注射指导、自我评估等核心功能与关键触点,提升长期使用体验。增强体验融合:将生活方式模块(饮食、运动、行为等)深度绑定到产品旅程中,提升患者粘性;与内外部内容伙伴协作,确保内容专业性、体验一致性与触达节奏设计,并与整体患者体验战略保持高度一致。合规与风控设计:严格遵循制药行业合规要求与内部流程,在产品设计中内置不良反应(AE)及投诉的上报、留痕与升级机制,确保可追溯与可审计;并与合规/法务等部门定期评估风险点,提前识别并降低患者安全与业务合规风险。教育与技能
