岗位职责：
1、处理android系统的死机、重启、黑屏、开机冻屏等问题
2、建立监控系统，监测版本的稳定性，完成相关自动化流程，保证系统稳定运行
3、分析ANR，crash问题，优化解决系统导致的应用稳定性问题
4、负责整机的性能问题，包括开机时间、应用启动时间、流畅性和卡顿等问题分析
5、建立性能监控系统以解决相关性能问题
6、设计和开发系统性能改进方案，并保证方案落地实施

岗位要求：
1、全日制本科及以上学历，3年以上系统性能开发经验；
2、熟悉android开机流程及相关优化方案；
3、熟悉android系统进程管理、View绘制渲染(View绘制、SurfaceFlinger渲染流程、Choreographer)流程和开发维护经验；
4、熟练使用systrace、Perfetto、Profile、SimplePerf、ftrace，TraceView等工具分析卡顿问题
5、具备建立收集卡顿问题监测、埋点方案，辅助定位系统性能问题；
6、良好的团队合作和沟通能力，具备快速学习新技术的能力。
