岗位职责：
1. 负责智能座舱或车载娱乐系统产品子功能系统需求开发和架构设计。
2. 负责挖掘、收集、整理产品子功能客户需求，分析相应系统需求并完成子功能系统架构设计。
3. 遵循项目及系统开发流程完成系统开发文档的建立、评审及发布，并基线化子功能系统需求。
4. 领导子功能开发小组完成子功能开发，小组成员包括但不限于UI/UE，软件，测试等。
5. 作为子功能的技术接口，支持Lead FO进行内部客户及外部客户需求及技术对接。
6. 主导识别子功能开发风险，制定风险缓解计划，并对跟踪风险，必要时向Lead FO升级风险。
7. 主导子功能需求相关及子功能跨专业复杂问题的分析、确认以及改进方案的制定及跟踪解决。
8. 作为子功能接口，支持系统架构及Lead FO进行内外部客户系统相关问题的对接及管理。
9. 了解座舱电子产品及技术趋势，并为将新功能、新技术导入未来项目提供创意和技术支持。
10. 支持其他专业如硬件、软件、结构等设计与开发。
11. 支持完成部门安排的其他任务。
岗位要求:
1. 教育背景：电子、计算机、汽车工程、自动控制等相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. 产品经验：5+年以上工作经验，3+年以上平板、手机或智能座舱产品开发经验，1+年以上系统软件或软件/系统需求开发经验，有手机或平板软件开发经验者优先。
3. 行业经验：有3+年以上汽车电子行业经验，并有过1+年以上外资品牌如大众、宝马、通用、福特、丰田、本田等工作经验。
4. 知识技能：
a) 熟悉整车电子架构，了解整车电子系统相关知识。
b) 了解汽车整车开发流程，汽车电子产品开发流程以及汽车电子产品生产过程。
c) 熟悉智能座舱或车载娱乐系统硬件架构，软件架构及结构基础知识。
d) 熟悉电源管理、驾驶信息、车控车设、驾驶辅助、多模态、账号管理、多屏互联、多媒体、音频管理、导航、生态应用、系统设置、诊断、HMI、OTA等部分知识及技术，具备相应方案制定及技术规范制定的能力。
e) 熟练使用办公软件、Jira、DOORS等相关开发工具。
f) 熟悉 IATF6949，ASPICE质量管理体系流程。
g) 熟悉ISO26262，ISO21434等安全国际标准。
5. 个人素质：具有较好的组织、沟通、协调、分析判断、人际、执行、语言表达、学习能力；
6. 语言能力：良好的英语听说读写能力；能用英语流利交流，包括但不限于面对面沟通，现场会议，在线会议以及邮件等。
