WHAT YOU WILL DO

确保中国法律法规和Ecolab的SHE规则在工厂运行中的执行。负责工厂消防设施的维护和应急设施的维护。负责工厂应急预案方案和年度演练方案的制订，并跟踪应急演练的实施情况。负责新员工、承包商和访客相关SHE培训材料的准备，并按法规要求和培训计划组织进行培训。定期组织区域的现场环境、安全培训和会议，发现并解决问题。持续改进SHEQ管理体系应急消防相关程序，控制所有风险，防止事故和事件发生。严格按照SHE要求监督现场并严格执行SHE程序。环保局、应急局（化学品相关管理及准证）等政府部门要求在应急管理模块和区域实施的跟进。按照程序以及要求，参与现场工艺危害分析/变更管理/风险评估。负责指定区域的日常SHE管理，包括但不限于：

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

化学工程、机械工程、安全工程等专业优先，并有注册安全工程师证书3年跨国公司化工厂SHE工作经验，基本的英语口语和写作能力。良好的沟通和人际交往能力，良好的协调和计划能力，工作主动、责任心强。熟练使用Office Excel/Word/CAD等办公室软件。
