≪主な業務内容≫
ウェディングおよびフェアの実施を監督し、現場で発生する問題に対応
顧客からの要望やクレームへの初期対応
スタッフのマネジメント（シフト調整・トレーニング・新入社員のサポート）
お客様に合わせたオーダーメイドの結婚式を提案し、理想のウェディングを一緒に作り上げる。
他では実現できないようなウェディングをお客様に提案できる、柔軟な発想力を持った方を募集しています。

First response to customer requests and complaints
Staff management (scheduling, training, and support for new employees)
Propose tailor-made weddings to customers and work with them to create the wedding that they want.
We are looking for people who can think outside the box and propose weddings to our customers that cannot be realized anywhere else.

●ホテル、結婚式場、ハウスウェディングなどウェディング部門でのウェディングプランナー/セールス経験を5年以上お持ちの方（ラグジュアリーホテルおよび高価格帯のウェディング施設での業務経験尚可）
●新規顧客から担当業務までの一貫性
●個性を大切にした「パーソナルスタイル・ウェディング」を創る為に、固定観念にとらわれずゲストのスタイルに合わせることができる柔軟さをお持ちの方（プラン商品の販売はありません）
●ポジティブな思考で、先ずは自分で考えて行動できるチャレンジ精神をお持ちの方
●ビジネスレベルの英語力、日本語力
●柔軟性があり、精神的にタフな方
●優れたコミュニケーション力と実行力を持ち、チームワークを大切にし、高いリーダーシップ力がある方
● At least 5 years of experience as a wedding planner/salesperson in the wedding division of hotels, wedding venues, or house weddings (experience at luxury hotels and high-end wedding facilities preferred)
● Ability to handle all aspects from acquiring new clients to managing assigned responsibilities
● Flexibility to create personalized “Personal Style Weddings” that value individuality, adapting to guests' styles without being bound by preconceptions (no package product sales)
● Positive mindset with a challenging spirit to think independently and take initiative
● Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese
● Flexible and mentally resilient
● Excellent communication and execution skills, values teamwork, and possesses strong leadership abilities
