【業務内容】
シニアリクルーターとして、採用戦略の企画から実行、採用プロセス全体の改善まで幅広く担っていただきます。
• 新卒及び中途採用の戦略立案・要件定義
• ダイレクトソーシング(LinkedIn等)の実行
• エージェントマネジメント・選定・連携強化
• 各部門マネージャーとの採用要件調整と設計
• 採用イベントの立案・企画・実行
• 海外の採用部門との連携(英語使用)
• 採用ブランディング・候補者体験の改善
• ジュニアメンバーへの知識共有、育成サポート、他
【必須要件】
• 日本語ネイティブ
• 5年以上の採用経験(企業内人事または人材紹介)
• 中途採用におけるエンドツーエンドのプロセス経験
• フィールドエンジニア職や技術職の採用に携わった経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力(目安:TOEIC 750点以上 or 実務使用経験)
• 普通自動車免許(地方への出張があります)

Due to the expansion of our mid-career recruitment needs in Japan and the strengthening of our collaboration with the APAC region, we are seeking to enhance the professionalism of our recruitment organization by hiring a Senior Recruiter.
**Job Description:** As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from planning and executing recruitment strategies to improving the entire recruitment process.
+ Develop and define strategies for new graduate and mid-career recruitment
+ Execute direct sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn)
+ Manage, select, and strengthen relationships with agencies
+ Coordinate and design recruitment requirements with department managers
+ Plan, organize, and execute recruitment events
+ Collaborate with international recruitment departments (using English)
+ Improve recruitment branding and candidate experience
+ Share knowledge and support the development of junior members
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Native Japanese Speaker
+ Over 5 years of experience in recruitment (in-house HR or recruitment agency)
+ Experience with end-to-end processes in mid-career recruitment
+ Experience in recruiting for field engineer or technical positions
+ Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC score of 750+ or practical experience)
+ Valid driver's license (travel to regional areas required)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ HR or recruitment experience in a multinational company
+ Recruitment experience in manufacturing, construction, or engineering industries
+ Experience participating in projects with APAC or global HR
+ Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking System), e.g., Workday

+ Ability to communicate flexibly in a global environment
+ Ability to view recruitment as part of business growth and proactively propose improvements
+ Ability to solve problems based on data and facts
+ Ability to interact sincerely with both candidates and departments

*Remote work available 1-2 days a week; flexible depending on circumstances.
**Employment Type:** Full-time (3-month probationary period)
**Working Hours:**
+ Flexible working hours (no core time)
+ Standard working hours: 7 hours 45 minutes per day / 60-minute break
+ Average monthly overtime: around 30 hours

+ Transportation expenses will be provided separately.
+ This is a managerial/supervisory position, and therefore includes overtime compensation.
+ No direct reports at the time of entrance.
