岗位职责：

业务目标管理：制定并执行区域销售计划，确保业绩达成。渠道开发与维护：拓展新客户，优化经销商合作，提升销售转化与复购。项目销售推进：挖掘项目机会，跟踪订单进展，协调资源提高中标率。跨部门协作：联动技术、市场等部门，解决销售问题，优化客户体验。市场洞察：分析行业趋势及竞品策略，提供决策支持。

Qualifications

 

任职要求：

学历专业：本科及以上，暖通、热能动力等相关专业优先。经验要求：3年以上暖通行业销售经验，熟悉渠道及工程项目销售。核心能力：擅长渠道拓展与客户管理；具备项目销售及商务谈判能力；抗压能力强，结果导向。
