Job Summary
This is for Specialist of Technical Service, belonging to “Facility Engineering Group” or “Production Engineering Group”. 
She/ He executes technical services for the projects and engineering, related to the responsible area. She/ He leads tasks as a leader of the small group. She/ he also creates and revises GMP and technical documents as needed.
Major Accountabilities/Responsibilities  
•    Contribute to the achievement of group targets and realization of strategic objectives.
•    Plan and execute OPEX and CAPEX projects in alignment with business priorities.
•    Execution of engineering tasks from planning to implementation. 
•    Maintenance, replacement, and renewal of facilities and equipment.
•    Support cost-saving initiatives and contribute to achieving savings targets.
•    Improvement and maintenance of GMP and technical documents
•    Implementation and compliance with GxP standards and relevant regulations.
•    Continuous improvement of facilities, equipment, and processes to enhance efficiency, safety, and environmental performance (HSE)
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across UCB.
•    Establish and manage effective partnerships with external suppliers, ensuring quality and compliance.
•    Continuously upgrade and expand technical capabilities to meet evolving business and regulatory needs.

 Education & Qualifications 
Education Level  :  Bachelor's Degree
Experience  :  Please describe: Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility, utility, or production equipment engineering, as well as in authoring GMP documentation within the pharmaceutical industry

Sufficient business communication skill in Japanese to manage stakeholders.
Professional knowledge of GMP and relevant laws, especially in the responsible area.
Professional technical knowledge in the part of responsible area, at least. And sufficient technical knowledge to execute the tasks. 
Sufficient problem-solving and critical thinking skill.
