岗位职责:
1.达成公司设定的销售目标及执行个项过程指标;
2.管理全渠道生意,包括大业态、小业态、郊县、批发、特渠和新零售生意;
3.区域规划和RTM布局,建立与区域内经销商的良好合作关系,与经销商一起提升门店覆盖和店均产出;
4.负责地域内重点客户(NKA/LKA)的管理和门店执行,开发和维护当地连锁客户,提升在这些客户的销量和市场份额;
5.基于生意和环境的变化,能合理配置和管理销售团队,为团队成员设立清晰的业务目标,辅导和赋能各级人员,从而获得持续稳定的生意;
6.合理规划人员费用和促销费用,并获得投资回报率。
任职要求:
1.大专及以上学历;
2.5-8年FMCG工作经验;
3.至少3年团队管理及经销商管理经验;
4.丰富的客户系统经验及渠道管理经验;
5.良好的沟通技巧和较强人际敏锐度;
6.熟练的office软件操作技能(Outlook、Word、Excel、PPT)。
