岗位职责

1.    负责整个地区的客户维护，盈亏/毛利率以及业务拓展； 
2.    对地区员工在工作中的安全负责； 
3.    负责公司的流程和工具在地区的落地和使用； 
4.    规划并汇报地区业务和财务状况； 
5.    确保地区所有的经营行为均符合通力的商业准则、标准流程和方式； 
6.    作为地区管理人员，与其他区域、分公司、总部各部门积极合作； 
7.    作为通力的代表，面对客户、供应商等外部合作方，维持良好形象； 
8.    以客为尊，确保客户满意度，以愉悦、服务客户为先； 
9.    作为地区管理人员，参与全国的业务管理会议，执行各项工作任务； 
10.    与区域总经理、人力资源经理一起规划、评估和发展分公司人才，构建稳固的人才体系。
 

岗位要求

1.    拥有成功发展和执行业务战略规划的经验； 
2.    能够有效完成公司的各项业务指标； 
3.    出色的运营和商务管理能力； 
4.    能够理解基本的财务报表； 
5.    有一定的外部客户、机构和合作伙伴的合作经验； 
6.    有一定的团队管理和变革管理经验。
