QualificationsBachelor degree or above in mechanical automation or electrical automation control related. 本科以上学历，机械自动化或电气自动化控制相关专业.Minimum of 6 years of experience in selling of FA products, familiar with LT market, team leading experience preferred. 至少6年工厂自动化产品的销售经验,熟悉线性技术产品的市场，具有团队管理经验优先.Experience in working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. 跨职能团队有效合作方面的经验，以实现业务目标.In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, understand the strength of distribution channel for business development. 对销售和市场营销策略有深入的了解，理解分销渠道对业务的推动力.Comprehensive understanding of factory automation products (LT etc.), their applications, and the technical aspects of the industry. 对工厂自动化产品（特别是LT）、应用以及行业的技术方面有全面的理解.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate and resolve complex business challenges. 强大的解决问题能力，能够应对和解决复杂的商业挑战.Related mechanical product working experience is preferred. 相关机械产品工作经验者优先。Familiar with the CNC industry are preferred. 熟悉机床行业者优先。Willing to travel frequently. 能适应经常出差。
