About the Role
岗位：助理，核保岗主要职责：
在KPI及SLA要求内完成作业
宣导、执行作业规则和流程
SSO内外部沟通，包括BU、CHO运营管理部门、法务、精算、IT等
提出系统优化建议、参与系统需求撰写及系统测试
在SLA要求内保证SSO服务相应时效，负责SSO内部作业问题协调
任职基本要求：
本科或以上学历，医学背景为佳
中文书面表达流利
良好的人际沟通技巧，团队合作能力
良好的学习能力、适应能力、抗压能力
良好的业务分析能力，高效的问题解决能力
具备中级以上行业资格+ALMI+386
