About the Role
以公司战略愿景与目标为指导,协助CPDO规划并逐步达成招行战略渠道中长期目标,并通过建设、推动与落实友邦银保差异化业务模式,树立友邦银保战略渠道经营品牌Roles and Responsibilities:
渠道拓展与经营管理(70%)组织开展对招行渠道的深入分析与洞察工作,制定招行战略渠道业务发展中长期战略以及短期业务规划,与分公司紧密协作,促进战略规划层层落实主导渠道拓展与经营工作,基于公司战略要求,持续深化经营与维护战略合作伙伴关系,并在总对总合作框架基础上,对省/市/支/网点的合作关系的建设与维护提供指导与支持基于招行渠道需求,主导搭建体系化的战略伙伴业务合作模式,包括但不限于契合的产品/服务等价值主张方案、渠道赋能培训、渠道活动等,深化双方合作关系督导各机构招行渠道的业务进展,定期追踪业务计划执行与指标达成情况,并根据机构实际情况,组织开展专业指导工作,确保在合规前提下,促进业绩目标的达成队伍经营与管理(20%)制定符合渠道特色与特质的队伍建设标准与管理体系,包括但不限于成长路径、培训赋能、荣誉体系等与分公司紧密协作,推动队伍经营管理体系的有效落地,并基于实际管理成效,进行日常调优业务管理机制建设、优化(10%)根据招行渠道特色,建立健全业务管理机制与流程,总结提炼渠道业务管理模式并推动在分公司的落地积极了解一线需求,持续优化完善管理机制与流程Minimum Job Requirements:
10-15年综合管理经验拥有丰富的金融(银行、保险等)从业经验与专业知识,且在相应领域建立起了强大的关系网络熟悉银保业务经营模式以及B2B2C的商业模式优秀的团队管理能力与沟通影响力、关系拓展能力客户导向,较强的抗压能力,规划决策能力以及面对不确定性的快速反应能力中英文流利Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
