ASSOCIATE BRAND MANAGER

POSITION DESCRIPTION

POSITION SUMMARY

Be responsible for execution of brand tactics for RCSO business and support to co-develop business plan with field team and external partners

Responsibilities

Execution of brand tactitcs Support to shape marketing strategy of key brands in RCSO business Translate brand strategies to POA for responsible brand as supporter; Execute brand tactics, manage projects independently in terms of managing budget, setting KPI, tracking progress and resolving issues; Academic event planning, execution, and tracking   National KOL visiting and maintenance

Develop brand promotional materials and training Develop brand DA, promotional slides, publication if needed and internal traing materials; Train Field Force on product strategy and POA; Develop and facilitate training program to distributor partners

Support to develop brand plan & management & cross-functional leadership Analyze market trend, competitors situation to support developing brand strategy; Explore customer insight and brand value proposition to support developing brand strategy; Track progress towards brand target timely; Support cross-functional brand leadership – across Field Force, Account mgmt, medical, legal, regulatory, etc

Implement marketing compliance requirements Implement efficient and standardized marketing compliance process;

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Accountable

Flawless execution in marketing activities and manage project independently; Develop brand promotional materials and internal training materials; Sales training; Actively participate campaign development;

Shared Accountability

BP & Op Plan and influence sales targets and brand A&P allocations; Develop marketing mix & POA; Interface with cross-functional team;

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above, major in Medical or Medicine  Good command of oral & written English 1-3 years marketing experience
