To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via ourStoryHub (https://news.lenovo.com/) . **Description and Requirements** 岗位职责 1. 制定功能安全开发策略与计划，明确各阶段安全目标，推动跨部门协作，确保开发流程符合 ISO 26262 要求，解决跨团队安全协作问题。 2. 主导安全概念创建与评审，基于风险评估输出安全目标，转化为软硬件安全需求，深度参与架构设计与验证方案制定。 3. 牵头 FTA、FMEDA 等安全分析，识别潜在风险并推动整改，制定覆盖多场景的验证策略与用例，输出报告支撑安全案例。 4. 建立并管理功能安全证据库，收集工具、软硬件合规证据，主导内部审核与外部认证，配合第三方完成 ASIL 等级认证。 5. 管理功能安全工程师，分配工作任务、跟踪进度、评估绩效，组织专业培训，提升团队功能安全技术能力与实践水平。 岗位要求 1. 电子工程、计算机科学等相关专业本科及以上学历，硕士优先，具备扎实的软硬件专业基础。 2. 8 年以上 ADAS 开发经验，3 年以上功能安全专项经验，熟悉域控系统软硬件架构、测试流程及量产交付环节。 3. 精通 ISO 26262 标准，掌握 FTA、FMEDA 等至少两种安全分析方法，有 ASIL B 及以上产品认证经验者优先。 4. 具备出色的英语口语与书面表达能力，能对接国际客户与认证机构，拥有较强的跨部门协调及问题解决能力。 5. 对功能安全工作有高度责任心，逻辑严谨，注重细节，能在复杂项目中推动安全目标落地。 **Additional Locations** : * China - Shanghai - 上海（Shanghai） * China * China - Shanghai * China - Shanghai - 上海（Shanghai）
